Dear MDS Community,

As the founder and director of Method Dance Studio, I want to personally welcome every one of
you to our MDS community.

It has been my dream to create MDS, a business that puts the dancer first giving them the best
individualized and personal training that at the same time brings movers together to celebrate our
passion and love for dance, movement, and art. My pedagogy champions giving back to
ourselves and to each other in class and in our community through our movement. My purpose
with MDS is to foster a company that is inviting and inclusive to everyone that takes a lesson.
Growing up my dance studio was my second home, and I hope through my teaching dance too
can be a second home to all my students.

MDS is not a conventional dance studio. We are a progressive dance studio that always intends
to be forward thinking in our pedagogy and the environment we cultivate for our students and
MDS community. Our unique structure and training method lends itself to expedited training and
a deeper mentorship for each student. My faculty and I strive to be innovative and imaginative
with our teaching philosophies so the space can be transformative for our dancers, giving them
the freedom to express themselves and be embraced for the most genuine version of themselves.
At MDS we want to instill dedication, a driven and hard work ethic; while always being honest,
transparent, authentic in the classroom through our movement and instruction, and outside of the
classroom in our mentorship and communication with our students, our teachers, and with all of
you.
